We looked at measuring length using a ruler to measure centimetres and a metre stick and trundle wheel to measure in metres.
We then sorted lots of different measurements to decide what they were measured in and then putting them in order of their size
In maths we looked at sorting shapes using a Carroll diagram and Venn diagram.
We looked at using more than than one criteria to sort the shapes according to their properties.
We have been looking at different materials in science. We had to sort the materials into groups according to their properties.
Then we looked at whether the materials were natural or man made.
Today we have looked at the differences and similarities between the seaside in the past and the seaside now.

Shockingly, a child or young person is killed or injured on a road in the UK every ten minutes. Road deaths are the biggest accidental cause of death among our country’s children and young adults so this week in school are looking at road safety in assembly and holding a Poster Competition.
